The Team
Hannah
Founder & CEO
Hannah built Tasked on what she learned in operations at American Express and behind the scenes at the U.S. Open and New York Fashion Week: calm comes from good systems and attention to small details. With an MBA from NYU Stern and a background in art history, she designs homes that work beautifully and leads the team that keeps them running. When she’s not organizing, Hannah is busy raising three boys and finds her calm at the piano, in the garden, on her yoga mat, or in the kitchen.
Jamie
House Manager
With a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management and 15+ years in luxury hospitality and travel, Jamie knows what it takes to run a home beautifully, from a fully stocked kitchen to the details of an intimate dinner party. Having built several businesses, she’s a natural at managing vendors, budgets, and schedules. Her background in yoga, Reiki and somatic wellness brings a calm, grounded presence to every home. She builds the systems, routines and small touches that make your home feel easy, so you get time back for what matters most.
Anee
Organizer
Anne has a gift for the projects that call for real patience. Her calm, steady presence puts clients at ease, and years of hosting guests at her own vacation rentals have given her a sharp eye for the details that make a space work. Outside of Tasked, she loves traveling, baking, and spending time with her four children and her pomeranian.
Christine
Organizer
Christine was born to organize. She brings an artist’s eye to every project, looking for ways to improve the visual balance of a space, not just its function. Focused and detail oriented, she works from start to finish with care. In her free time, Christine enjoys reorganizing her own home, baking, and exploring new trails with her four boys.
